What is Cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy is a natural medical therapy treatment method involving low temperatures . It is used for a wide array of purposes, from reducing muscle pain, to treating inflammation and skin conditions. Whole Body Cryotherapy involves exposing the whole body to extremely cold air or immersing in extremely cold water for a short period. Participants wear minimal clothing to maximise exposure to the cold. Sessions usually last between 2-4 minutes.
